Alpha Gal Free was founded with a simple mission: to make eating safer for those navigating Alpha-Gal Syndrome and mammalian ingredient allergies. Our founder knows this challenge firsthand. She lives with multiple adult-onset allergies and understands how overwhelming it can be when allergens aren’t required to appear on food labels.

At the same time, we have seen the innovation happening in the food industry with brands working tirelessly to create diverse, safe, and inclusive products. Alpha Gal Free exists to help amplify those efforts, connecting brands with the consumers who need them most.
